I have been purchasing k beauty products from beauty barn since last 2 years. I would definitely recommend to purchase from them as their products are authentic, with good price compared to other eCommerce platforms, easy ordering process , always delivered within stipulated timelines, never saw any damage. I genuinely never face any issue with them. They are the best.

Pathetic experience. I have been trying to place an order since 2 hours but I am unable to. I add 2 items and suddenly during payment there are 6 items added. Even though the products on the app are priced lower compared to other.. I am still deleting the app because this app is extremely irritating to use. And also I have been trying to delete my account.. clicking the delete button continuously but nothing is happening. So so so irritating. Pathetic UI UX!!

Love everything about the app but I have faced issues during payments. Till now my payments have failed 3 times for which I lose my reward points and have to reorder again. Reordering is still fine but I shouldnt lose my reward points if the payment isn't successful due to technical issues. Apart from this I have had a great experience with Beauty Barn.
