Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Yes, we do. Free standard shipping is applied on all our domestic orders (within India) for all purchases amounting to Rs 2000/- and above.

You can track your order on Beauty Barn India by opening an account in your name. You can register an account on our website to track your orders to make your shopping with us more convenient and hassle-free.

Extra charges will be applicable for Dimapur orders beyond the town area, depending on the destination address.

If you register on our website, you will get updates on all your tracking info. Moreover, you can earn points with every purchase that you make. Register with us as there are more benefits in store exclusively for our registered users.

All Beauty Barn orders are shipped from Nagaland. Orders with standard shipping usually take about 5-15 business days from the day it ships to its arrival at the delivery point, depending on the destination area. Kindly note that these estimates are given by the providers. As these are third-party services, we cannot be held accountable for any delays due to the carrier.

Delivery time to remote areas through speed post may take longer than expected. Rest assured that your package will be delivered to you.

If a package is lost in transit. Our team will cross-check with the postmaster for verification, and once confirmed, we will resend your order. Verification and reshipping may take 2-3 working days.

Complete means we have received your order and it is ready for dispatch. Complete doesn’t mean delivered.

If your order is showing as delivered, but you have not received it, Contact our customer care immediately for assistance. we will contact our third-party courier partners for proof of delivery, and if the package has been signed and received by you, we will not be resending any package and will not be responsible for the same.

We are available Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays (including Sundays). Please make sure your inquiry was sent to care@beautybarn.in. Our team will revert to your mail as soon as we are back to work.

Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns & Damages: Return and Exchange Policy

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can email us or contact us on Instagram with a photo of leaked or damaged items. In such cases we either offer an exchange or a discount on your next purchase which beauty barn reserves the right to decide.

If you have received a wrong product other than your order, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email or Instagram within 2 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact within 15 days.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to stock availability. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Our team is always at work to help you ship your orders as early as possible. Once the payment is processed and the order confirmed, the shipping process gets underway. This means there is a very short time frame in which you can cancel your order before it is packed and kept aside for shipping. So, that means if the order has not been shipped out, you can make the changes or cancel the order. However, if the order has already moved out, you must go through our cancellation process. You can email us at care@beautybarn.in with the subject line “Cancellation” along with your details, like full name and order number. Once we get your details, we will begin the process of cancellation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your shipping charges for the original order that you canceled.

We offer a 30-day time frame for exchange, returns and refunds. However, if a product has been opened and used, we do not offer return or exchange on such products. We can only accept products that have not been opened and the package seal is still in place. Please also note that items bought marked “Clearance Sale” are non-returnable.

*Return charges may be applicable depending upon the matter. We will send you a label that you must print and paste on the box and keep ready for pickup. Return may take about 24-48 working hours to initiate the process. If return pick up is not available at your destination pin code, the customer has to send the package at his or her own expense. 

No pick up is available for speed post customers.

We offer a 30-day window for exchange provided the product is not opened and unused and that the package seal is not tempered in any way and is still intact in its original condition

Items bought marked “Clearance Sale” will not be refunded or eligible for return.

NO REFUND POLICY DURING SALE: Cancellations, Returns and Refunds will not be entertained during sale periods or on the products which is or was on Sale. Please also note that items bought marked “Clearance Sale” are non-returnable, will not be refunded.

  1. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
    • Customer cannot claim a refund or exchange on sale items.
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
    • Serial Number is tampered
    • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
    • Product is used or altered
    • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
    • Free product
    • We do not exchange vitamin C serums. We restock our vitamin C monthly and store it in cool temperature until it’s shipped out to you to avoid oxidation. However pure vitamin C has a tendency to leak in hot weather during transit which is beyond our control. Hence pure vitamin C is only product that we do not offer exchange.

For Orders that had not been shipped the process of refund is initiated immediately into your original mode of payment and an email is sent to you with refund details, but it may take about 4-10 days for your money to reflect in your account depending upon the mode of transaction and the terms and conditions of your bank. However, for the Returning orders We’ll Process for a refund only after your order gets back to us as the products need to go through a QC (Quality Check) test before we proceed for the refund.

Beauty Barn is not responsible for any missing parcels due to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer.

In that case, we are sorry for the damage caused. Please write to us at care@beautybarn.in with your order details, full name and address, and an image of the damaged items. We would be happy to assist you.

We’re so sorry to hear of your concern. Our team always ensures that all the items are packed well and shipped out. In case a product is out of stock, our team makes sure to inform you in advance of the same. However, if an item is missing from your order package, our team will first check the inventory, weight of boxes for cross reference and if your item is indeed missing, we will make sure to ship the missing product to you ASAP. However, if the package weight and inventory confirm that we have send you the package, Beauty Barn reserves the right to decide not to send in such cases.

Skincare is all about trial and error. Even though we guarantee the quality and authenticity of our skincare products, we cannot guarantee how a product can react to every customer’s skin type. Hence, we do not offer refund on products that do not suit your skin type. However, our team is available for assistance if you would like to try other products that may suit your skin type.

When you go through the products on our website www.beautybarn.in you will see that expiry dates are mentioned below the product description. We do not sell any products that have crossed the expiry dates.

There is no doubt about the authenticity of all the Korean beauty products that are sold on our website www.beautybarn.in. We take pride in bringing only the authentic products, that are sourced directly from the Korean skincare brands. None of our products are purchased from any third parties or the grey markets.
When you buy from Beauty Barn, you can be assured of its 100% authenticity as all our products are shipped through proper and safe channels.

If payment has been made but the order hasn’t been shipped yet, refund will be initiated on receiving request. However, for products that have been shipped out, you will have to refuse the order upon delivery and Beauty Barn will initiate the refund upon receiving the rejected package. If the freebies that came with the order aren’t returned, or if the product(s) has been opened or used, return or refund requests will not be entertained.

All Beauty Barn policies are subject to change without further notice. Beauty Barn reserves the right to make the final decisions in all matters.
