1. Prep: On damp skin, wet the areas you want to treat.

2. Scoop & Apply: Take a palm-sized amount of the Cathy Doll body scrub and spread over arms, legs, elbows, knees, etc. Avoid cuts or irritated skin.

3. Massage: Using gentle circular motions, exfoliate each area for 60–90 seconds, focusing on rough texture and uneven tone. Don’t scrub harshly.

4. Activate: Let the creamy scrub sit for 1–2 minutes so Vitamin B3 and brightening actives can work.

5. Rinse: Wash off with lukewarm water until all granules are gone; pat dry (don’t rub).

6. Seal: Immediately follow with your favorite Cathy Doll body lotion to lock in hydration and enhance a radiant glow.

Frequency: 2–3× weekly. If sensitive, start 1–2× weekly and use light pressure.
