So it’s been over a year almost since I added this product onto my skincare shelf. For the first 6 months, I used maybe 1-2 times a week or maybe only once to avoid irritation. Since I have combination skin and on the sensitive side, I feared having flare-ups when I introduced it in my routine. I was patient and slow with it,since I use retinol as well as exfoliators occassionally. Do not await for fast results or expect miracles to happen overnight.Now coming back to it’s effectiveness,it definitely gives you a subtle glow from the inside and it did help me fading acne scars (PIH) but don’t expect it to change your skin tone several shades lighter(it’s not a fairness serum). I just want to thank the formulator on his/her amazing contribution for making such a stable and potent formula. Thank you for coming up with such a fabulous and functional Vit-C serum which doesn’t undergo oxidation for more than a year(if stored properly). The best part is it’ll last for a year at least without turning yellow.

The first thing I added to my skin care routine was Klairs Vitamin C serum. Without having any knowledge about skincare routines, with no proper CTM routine, I started with only Vitamin C but believe me, it did wonders to my skin.
I used to have a very dull skin with uneven skin tone but the day I started using this Vitamin C serum, my skin doubtlessly started to feel really healthy.
Yes, it is mild but it is very effective and certainly brightens one’s skin tone.
There’s no sensation of irritation, which is also one of its positive attributes.

I had cystic acne since teen and it’s finally calming down.this vit c really faded my scars and brightened my complexion in one month my skin also resurfaced though it took a few months .I had rolling and box cut scars it’s visible only if u look closely now .I ve used it for almost a year now .didn’t irritate ,warm on application but it does contain fungal acne inducing ingredients.
